Another year of Girls On The Run at JX Wilson!
The team was great; the girls worked, practiced, learned, and most of all had fun running! Race day started very cold and clear; luckily the girls, and buddies and coaches, were able to get a fun warm-up and by race time, the sun, and the crowd, was on fire! Everyone did a great run, it was so fun to watch everyone digging hard at the end - 5K is hard!
Congrats to the coaches and parents for all the help they provided the girls - and a big congrats to all the girls for taking a chance and stepping out of their comfort zone to do something new - great job!
